Returns are easy!
RETURNING E-BOOKS:
We accept returns on e-books within 3 days of purchase.
Please note that once we issue you a refund, all your downloaded ebooks will be permanently removed from your cloud libraries (i.e., your Kindle Library, Bookfunnel Library, etc.), and all your download links will stop working.
RETURNING PAPERBACKS AND HARDCOPY BOOKS:
You may return paperbacks and hardcopy books in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
REFUNDS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Just send us a message with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest!
